Gardner Financial Services, Ltd. dba Legacy Mutual Mortgage is a full service mortgage banking company in Texas with two offices in San Antonio employing approximately 100 people, an office in New Braunfels which currently employs 6 and our most recent location in Boerne with 5 mortgage professionals.
The company is an approved HUD Lender and a member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association. We've been in business since April 2005 as a full service mortgage banking company originating, underwriting and closing conventional, FHA, VA, Texas Vet and USDA mortgage loans. We also originate single family construction loans and 2nd lien loans.
According to the 2011 year to date recorded warranty deeds, Gardner Financial Services is the largest lender in Bexar and Guadalupe County. In 2010, Gardner Financial was the 2nd largest lender in Bexar County. For the 2011 Housing Forecast please see below.
We provide specific sales training for our loan officers which helps them develop their sales skills and increase their opportunities. We have a strong sales team concept made up of both sales and support staff. This team concept has helped some loan officers increase their sales by 30% to 40%.
